Monitoring is carried out to ensure the safety of people and property on the premises of Digital Dentistry&Medicine Lidia Kittel.

The recordings are stored for no longer than 4 weeks. This period may be extended if the recordings are used to defend the rights and claims of the data controller or third parties.

Teren monitoringu:

Common parts of the facility (reception, corridors and waiting room) are monitored.
Only the image (no sound) is recorded and saved.

The person has the right:

– to information on the existence of monitoring;

– access to data content and copies of data in justified cases;

– deletion of data concerning it or anonymization of the image in justified cases;

– the right to process data for a limited period of time;

– lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), if the data processing violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The processing does not lead to the identification of the data subject. The data is not combined with other information that is in the possession of the Data Administrator, except when the recording is evidence in proceedings before the authorities authorized to do so.
